Family Dental Care of Fort Smith is taking precautions to ensure the care and safety of our patients, staff, and community.

Our staff is covering their noses and mouths with face masks at all times.

We are asking every patient to fill out a COVID-19 questionnaire before their appointment. We are also checking the temperature of each patient and providing mouth wash for each patient to use prior to being seen.
